Flying into Cyril E. King Airport (STT) is part of the island adventure! Arrival: Deplaning: You typically exit via stairs directly onto the tarmac—keep this in mind for your carry-on bag weight! Welcome: You'll likely be greeted by warm air, music, and maybe even a rum sample. Baggage: We prefer carry-on for speed, but checked bags are fine. Porters are available if you need help; they are very helpful and take cash. Entry: Easy entry into the territory—no customs on arrival! Departure: Arrive Early: Please arrive 3 hours prior to your flight. U.S. Customs: You MUST clear U.S. Customs before boarding your flight back to the mainland. Lines can be long. Restrictions: No fruits, vegetables, or agricultural items in luggage.

Where is the pool at Mahogany Run?

The community pool is called the Sanderling Pool. It is located just up the hill from the villa—a short but steep 2-minute walk. It offers stunning views and a quiet atmosphere.

How do I get from my unit at Mahogany Seaview to the resort pool?

From Unit 10U, simply head up Sanderling Ct. The pool is located just a short walk up the hill on the left-hand side. It's close enough for a quick dip but secluded enough for peace and quiet.

We highly recommend renting a car to fully explore St. Thomas at your own pace. Taxis are widely available but can add up for multiple trips.

We categorize our favorites by vibe: Sapphire Beach (active/snorkeling) is perfect for underwater exploration and beach buzz. Mahogany Seaview is all about relaxation and stunning views (with a pool nearby). Magens Bay is a must-visit—go early (before 11am) to beat the crowds! Secret Harbour is calm and perfect for sunset dining. For a cool local vibe and amazing shrimp tacos, head to The Shack at Hull Bay.

Sapphire Beach Villa is located on the East End at the Sapphire Beach Resort & Marina, right on the water. Mahogany Seaview is located on the North Side within the gated Mahogany Run community, offering elevated panoramic views.

Yes! Moe's Fresh Market in Red Hook is a fantastic upscale market (convenient for Sapphire Beach). For larger stock-ups, Food Center is nearby. If you are staying at Mahogany Seaview, Mandahl Market is a great nearby convenience store.

Both villas accommodate up to 6 guests. Sapphire Beach features a King bed and two sleeper sofas. Mahogany Seaview features a Primary Suite with a King bed and a second bedroom with two Queen beds.

Check-in is typically at 4:00 PM and check-out at 10:00 AM. Both villas come equipped with beach chairs, towels, coolers, and snorkel gear. We also provide Nespresso, Keurig, and drip coffee makers to start your mornings right!

Is the internet fast enough for work?

Absolutely. Sapphire Beach has high-speed reliable Wi-Fi, and Mahogany Seaview is equipped with Starlink, making both locations perfect for remote work or 'workcations'.

Are pets, parties, or events allowed?

No. Pets are not allowed (except service animals). Parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited to respect our neighbors and community rules.
